• Los capítulos más vistos de esta pasada temporada 2008/2009 en USA :

Los procedimentales arrasan en general, aunque alguna serie dramática de trama contínua se cuela entre los más vistos en el tramo de público entre 18 y 49 años.

• House, Mujeres desesperadas y The Bold and The Beautiful han sido las series con más espectadores en todo el mundo la pasada temporada en las diferentes categorías de drama, comedia y telenovela respectivamente según los datos de un estudio llevado a cabo por la agencia Eurodata TV Worldwide.

En el apartado de drama, House sube desde el tercer puesto que obtuvo el año pasado al primero con los 81,8 millones de espectadores en 66 paises de audiencia global que acapara, desbancando a las franquicias de Las Vegas y Miami de la serie CSI que se hicieron con este puesto en los años 2007 y 2006 respectivamente.

En comedia, Mujeres desesperadas revalida su primer puesto por segundo año consecutivo con 65,3 millones de espectadores, batiendo  a Monk y Ugly Betty.

En telenovelas también repite título The Bold and The Beautiful con 24,5 millones de espectadores.

• Y House sigue cosechando reconocimientos (aunque algo frívolos), porque su actor protagonista Hugh Laurie ha sido escogido como el actor más sexy de las series de televisión por los lectores del diario francés Télé 7 Jours y Lisa Edelstein, la doctora Cuddy en la misma serie ha sido la elegida en el apartado femenino.

El segundo lugar en la categoría masculina lo ha ocupado Patrick Demsey, que encarna al docot Shepherd en Anatomía de Grey, el tercer puesto ha sido para David Boreanath, el agente Booth de Bones, en el cuarto está Adam Rodríguez, el criminalista Eric Delco en  CSI Miami y en quinta posición James Denton, el fontanero sexy de Mujeres Desesperadas.

En la categoría femenina en segundo lugar encontramos a Eva Longoria con su papel de Grabielle Solis en Mujeres Desesperadas, en el tercero está otra criminalista de Miami : Emily Procter o Calleigh Duquesne, el cuarto puesto lo ocupa Emily Deschanel como la doctora Temperance Brennan de Bones y en quinto lugar Kate Walsh, la también doctora televisiva Addison Montgomery en Sin Cita Previa y Anatomía de Grey.

• En el último número de la revista TV Guide han publicado una lista de los 100 mejores episodios de programas de televisión americana de todos los tiempos con la única norma de que sólo podía aparecer un episodio de cada uno en el listado.

Como siempre estas listas no son al gusto de nadie porque cada uno haríamos nuestras propias elecciones, pero … Seinfield en primer lugar????
