El sábado día 18 de Octubre se entregaron los World Soundtrack Awards correspondientes a la quinta edición de estos galardones.

Estos premios son concedidos por la World Soundtrack Academy, formada por casi trescientos compositores de todo el mundo, cada año en el mes de octubre, dentro de las actividades del Festival de Cine de Ghent/Gante.

Los ganadores en las tres principales categorías han sido (remarcados entre los nominados) :

- JAMES NEWTON HOWARD (CHARLIE WILSON’S WAR, MICHAEL CLAYTON, I AM LEGEND)

- JOHN POWELL (THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM)

  • Mejor Banda Sonora Original del año:
